Our favourite things
Jupiter- Constance Luzzati (harp); Label: Paraty
Jupiter which showcases not only the music of Couperin, but also the far less-often heard (at least, on the harp) of French claveciniste composers Royer and Duphly. Composers of this era had a remarkable knack for creating delicious miniatures, alive with very definite characters and stories.
Concert pour Debussy– Trio Antara (Emmanuelle Ophèle – flute, Odile Auboin – viola, Ghislaine Petit-Volta – harp);Label: Paraty
With the collaboration of composer and arranger Benoît Sitzia (b. 1990), the group explore a crepuscular sound world that captures, crystallises and enlarges upon that created by Debussy in his seminal sonate. Not only through that uniquely dusky combination of instruments, but by drawing links between the claveciniste music that so inspired that composer in his final cycle of instrumental sonatas.
Graal– Cécile Corbel (celtic harp); Label: Bayard Musique
This album is inspired by a crucial part of Anglo-Celtic culture. We asked Cécile how these legends influenced her latest creation:
“The Arthurian legends have been with me for a long time, providing an inexhaustible source of mystery and poetry. Graal was born of a fascination for this spiritual and human quest.”

There was so much packed into these three short days, but seeing these beautiful pictures is the ideal opportunity to relive some highlights: at our exhibition, we launched our brand new lever harp LANCELOT.
We received the most wonderful welcome from the Conservatoire de musique et d’art dramatique d’Antibes Juan-les-Pins, in their stunning building, kindly facilitated by director Noël Bianchini.
