Orders are confirmed only on receipt of formal written instructions accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the sale price. All payments are understood to be by cash.

Our harps are delivered in re-usable packaging material, and with a tuning key, lightweight dustcover, toolkit for care and maintenance. Wooden shipping trunk available to order.

Guarantees and after-sales service

All our 44 and 47 string harps benefit from a ten-year warranty. Our lever harps have a five-year warranty. Any defect of manufacture is covered by a parts and labour guarantee. 

After-sales service is assured by Camac Harps. This can be carried out at our workshops at Mouzeil (harps should be sent via a road haulage carrier), at the workshop of our sales outlet at Paris, by Camac’s team of roving technicians touring the whole world, or, in Europe, Asia, Australia and USA, by any of our approved technical agents.
