Eleventh “Odyssée de la Harpe”

The eleventh edition of the Odyssée de la Harpe, the annual festival all about the blue harp, will take place in Bourg-la-Reine on Saturday, June 16th 2018. This festival, created in 2006 thanks to the fantastic efforts of Ghislaine Petit-Volta, has become an essential fixture in the electric harp world calendar, and is responsible for an ever-expanding, substantial body of repertoire for the instrument across diverse genres. 

This year, headline artists are Descofar. Nikolaz Cadoret and Alice Soria-Cadoret (harps) and Yvon Molard (percussion) will reveal the electro-Celtic world to us – and will be joined by the harp classes of the Bourg-la-Reine conservatoire! Congratulations to professors Florence Bourdon and Marianne Le Mentec, for their collaboration on this exciting project.
